UBVA is committed to helping grow the game for boys . . . and that includes helping them connect with college teams. Below are several opportunities for boys volleyball in Utah at the college level - and some that reach beyond our state borders.
Brigham Young University
Brigham Young University boasts the only NCAA Division 1 program in the state - and they have been 3-time national champions since 1999. While BYU's program is extremely competitive, they have been known to hold walk-on tryouts in early September. Think you've got what it takes? Southern Virginia University
In 2016, Southern Virginia University launched a NCAA III Men's Volleyball program under the direction of Head Coach Tom Peterson who has many ties to Utah, including leading the BYU Cougars to a national title in 2004.
